Terms of service

GENERAL TERMS:

I have the right to reject a commission if it goes against my terms of service.
There will be a fee for rushed commissions depending on how soon you need the artwork
If I'm already working on a commission and you request a art, I'll put you on the queue and say to you in what place you are, and when comes your turn I'll let you know.
I will post the art on my social networks. Unless the Client doesnt want to for privacy reasons then please do let me know.
PAYMENT:

Payment is done through PayPal, using USD ($) as the currency, first payment (50% of commission) should be paid before the sketching stage is over. This is to avoid scammers. Please understand .
The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.
The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.
Commissions are not refundable, unless the following occur:I have not yet started on the commission within 2 weeks from payment.

AS THE CLIENT YOU :

May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
May print your commission for personal use.
May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you.
May post the work to your own website/social media etc. (credit is appreciated)
May use it for any other personal uses that does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright
May request small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
